Charles Koch
Corporate-libertarian — free-market deregulation, low-tax, anti-labor. NOT Israel-aligned; foreign policy is not the explanatory variable here.
Who they are.

Questions about Charles Koch.
Is the Koch network pro-Israel?
The Koch political and policy network is not Israel-focused. The variable driving Koch giving is corporate-libertarian economic policy: low taxes, deregulation, anti-union, and selectively anti-interventionist foreign policy. The Charles Koch Institute has at times funded non-interventionist foreign-policy work that diverges from the pro-Israel hawkish consensus. Charles Koch is included in this registry for editorial breadth.
Why did the Koch network back Nikki Haley?
AFP Action endorsed Haley in November 2023 over Trump on the framing that Trump represented a populist break from the small-government conservatism the Koch network has historically funded. The endorsement came with $70M+ in network spending, but Haley lost the GOP primary decisively. The Koch network largely sat out the 2024 general.
What is Stand Together?
Stand Together is the rebranded umbrella for the Koch policy and philanthropy network — encompassing Americans for Prosperity (politics), Stand Together Trust (philanthropy), and a network of policy fellowships. It is the operational arm of Charles Koch's giving across politics, policy, and academic funding.
